Lost access to my account

Basically, I have two devices for swgoh : my iPad on which my son plays on and my Phone with my account.

there was a iPadOS update and now my gamecenter account is linked to my sons account and I’ve lost all the way I could retrieve my account.

We have never made any purchases on my sons account but I’ve made some on mine. Is there a way to get the account back using CC informations paired with my ally-code?
