Lost an account from reset

There was an issue on my phone that I had to fix via hard reset. I was very complacent that I'll be able to retrieve the account I have. Sadly, the support I spoke with told me that I'm gonna have to start from scratch. Very sad. All the money and efforts of grinding has gone into waste.
