Lost Linked Game Center

Hello,  

I started my account many years ago on a now lost Game Center, Apple device. 

 I then switched to PC and android and linked everything properly

Now I’m back on Apple mobile, but my account won’t link to my new Game Center bc it says it’s already linked to my lost one :(

I still have access to the PC version, do I have the option to unlink my old lost Game Center from my SWGOH account?
