LSB Bundle replaced with crystals

Same thing happened to my account getting the all Hans on Deck LSB. It went to a loading screen on PC and never loaded, i reset and now i only got Crystals and the All hans on deck bundle is gone (you can see in my characters that they weren't applied).

Looks like you bought the bundle twice. I asked EA Help to refund the failed purchase.

Same thing with me transaction. Purchased R2-D2 bundle on the web store, claimed on Android. Got 2800 crystals, no characters

I signed up with ea and did not get the 300 crystals it said I would get

I had the same problem with the BB-8 Bundle, please would it possible for me to get the LSB instead of the crystals, thank you 🙏
