LSB exchanged with crystals

Hey, all is in title.

Tried to buy the R2D2 LSB throught the webstore, received crystals instead.
I can provide the bank statemend, confirmation mail and even in-game screen stating an error occured for proof if needed.

Could it be possible to have an update on the situation ? Thank you :p
