LSB issues

I purchased a DR Aphra LSB in the webstore. The initial purchase would not go through, some kind of error message saying oops something went wrong populated. I reloaded the page and reattempted and the purchase went through. When I uploaded the game, I had two notifications. One for the Dr. Aphra LSB and one was a message explaining how I was being compensated for EA being unable to process my purchase. attached to the message was 7000 crystals. When I checked my bank statement online, I had been charged twice for the purchase. I would like a refund on the 7000 crystals. I have not spent them in game and don't plan to until this is resolved.

    I completely understand that this was not the resolution you've been hoping for but trust me, if this was possible, we would've fulfilled your request without any hesitation. But unfortunately, we just don't have the option to make refund from our end

    latest reply from in game..... I'm really not sure how the game allowed a second transaction to go through. I shouldn't have even been able to purchase a second bundle, once you buy them, they disappear from the store. and they just decide what you get as a compensation for the mistake. This is very unsatisfactory. It would go a long way if EA at least took the junk they gave me back and let me choose from the store how I would like to be compensated. 

    I checked my apple purchases and the bundle I bought isn't showing up, so I can't even ask for a refund through iTunes...

    At the very least EA could tell me which of the two orders was the one that got jacked up, so if by some miracle I am able to get a refund in the future I won't lose the characters I purchased and just the crystals will be taken away.

    Probably the most frustrating part is the bundle doesn't give you enough to unlock the character..... I am definitely regretting this purchase and don't foresee making any more in the future!
