LSB PROBLEM

I just purchased the Luke's Allies LSB on the webstore . The payment processed and was taken out of my account, but then the game proceeded to give me an infinite loading screen and crash. When I reloaded the game and there was nothing in my inbox  I'm seeing that this is currently a common issue with other players and LSB purchases. Just looking to get this resolved. Thanks!
