missing fragments of C_3PO

Hello evryone 

I'll ralking here about an bug from like 3 month and no one helped me from game masters  :(

Is about the missing fragments of C_3PO , i did all events of C_3PO but when i finished i just noted there are 25 fragments missed to make C_3PO at max stars .

So some one have an idea how i can get help to get those 25 fragments missed please!!?

PS: in my game setting ther is no voice named "help" to click it , i made 3 ticket from "EA help" but they said you must make a in_game ticket to get help ,accualy that what i did but they dont answer to me after i says i did that 😡
