LSB Purchase Issue

Heard here is the recommended place to raise a purchasing problem, I purchased the Jawa LSB and see the transaction on my card as well as a receipt for the purchase in my email. In game however I did not receive the Jawas (nothing in inbox nor my roster). I did received $19.99 worth of crystals after the game said there was some sort of error with the purchase. In game support AI keeps closing my tickets.
