LSB purchased but not added to account

So I bought the Jabba's Entourage LSB today but didn't receive it. They did add crystals to my account, but that's not what I ordered, it's not in the payment confirmation that I received, nor is it stated in the terms of service that you get crystals instead of what you paid for. 

In game help takes hours to respond to a single question and then just ask questions that make me wonder if they even read my request. Online help refers to ingame help, so that's no good either.  

Have only recently started to spend some money on this game, but it hasn't been a great experience so far to say the least. New to the forums and am seeing a lot of others also having issues with their LSB's, hope they resolve these issues.

Any way to get either a refund or just get the LSB without having to call my bank to cancel the order?

Bought the Jabba's Entourage lightspeed on Friday and have been invoiced from my bank account, despite only receiving an unwanted compensation of crystals. I have contacted both EA Help online who replied once and then the case was marked "waiting for player" for several days despite me having responded.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                I then contacted help in-game who kept on asking questions about information I had already provided and finally told me to have patience as they resolve this issue, and should check the forum for updates. I know many players have encountered this problem when purchasing a lightspeed on the webstore, but I was wondering if it would be possible for you to add it to my account as well, since I really want the rewards that I paid for.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              I am grateful for EA Help trying to support their customers and resolve this issue, but I would really appreciate a speedy resolution to this problem as support has had diffiulties understanding my request.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        I would really like to spare the hassle with my bank so if a similar resolution to that of this case could be achieved with my account, it would be greatly appreciated.
