LSB R2D2 issue

I bought the R2D2's LSB just now and didn't receive the characters but some crystals instead... (same issue with Luke's)

That's not what I wanted. 

I just bought on the webstore with an IOS device. 

Could you help me resolve this issue and send me the characters please ?
