Can't upgrade stunning strike just got him have 533 green ability upgrades over 5 million credits
Yea it was gear level I didn't know because it says all my other characters say what gear it needed so it was weird

A few thoughts - is your IG-100 upgraded to an appropriate level and gear level in order to perform this upgrade?
