Main Quest not working

I have Fey Zara given main quest to spend 400 guild tokens. I have spend 450 and 160 guild tokens on second try, but it is not showing progress or given it completed. Rewards are 20 Cad Bane shards, 20 Bossk shards, 1 Darth Vader shard, 227.5k credits and 6000 exp which is really needed since i am level 70. What tokens that quest actually needs or why does it not giving me rewards or is it possibly some level dependant? That level requirement would be really stupid, since as i see that it is supposed to do as soon as possible to help your leveling.
