May the fourth Coaxium Heist not resetting

There is an apparently undocumented BAIT AND SWITCH.  If the event only allows for 10 resets, even though there is NOTHING telling the player that this limit is in place, it is certainly unfair and might even be illegal.  People making purchases with the expectation of receiving rewards through this May the fourth Coaxium heist are getting cheated out of the rewards they are expecting to receive!
