Summarize your bug Missing 5 Maul shards and will not be able to unlock after conquest even though I've purchased every available 5 shard shipment.

I believe I started this conquest with 220 Maul shards, which should have put me on track to unlock after this current conquest once I achieve the max reward and receive 90 more Maul shards. However, after reaching the last Wandering Scavenger of the current conquest I only have 235 shards. Did 5 of them go missing? Is there anyway to recover the 5 shards that I have apparently lost?

    We have checked your account and can see that you have gained 20 Maul shards (5x4) during this current Conquest to leave you with a current total today of 235 Maul shards.

    These were all purchased for 525 Conquest Credits and happened on Oct 12th (10:28:43pm UTC), 14th (12:57:44pm UTC). 15th (10:27:38pm UTC) and 17th (2:46:04pm UTC).

    We have checked your account and can see that you have gained 20 Maul shards (5x4) during this current Conquest to leave you with a current total today of 235 Maul shards.

    These were all purchased for 525 Conquest Credits and happened on Oct 12th (10:28:43pm UTC), 14th (12:57:44pm UTC). 15th (10:27:38pm UTC) and 17th (2:46:04pm UTC).

    Thank you for the response! Did I not also collect 20 Maul Shards during the previous Conquest? Meaning the count should be at 240?

    Hello there @Rohndo 

    We checked for your previous Conquests.

    • In this Conquest, you purchased 20 Maul shards.
    • In the previous Conquest, you earned 90 Maul shards (4th October) and purchased 20 Maul shards (21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th of September).
    • The the conquest before this, you earned 90 Maul shards (15th September) and purchased 15 Maul shards (3rd, 3rd and 4th of September).

    This leaves you with your current total of 235 Maul shards.

    Must have been my mistake and believing I had purchased all Maul shipments 2 conquests ago. Thanks a bunch for putting in the work verifying this!
