Missing 5 shards for Bane after Proving Grounds event

Hello! I did the proving grounds event while it was around recently and before my final sim I was at 310 shards after my final sim it said I received 20 shards however I only got 15, I'm not sure what else I can provide for proof outside of my completion of the event and the 325/330 shards
