I’ve created an account for my daughter.
she’s now lvl48 , lvl 2 for raids for she can only do the pit, and we can’t find the cat box anywhere.
i’ve send her a message frim my account bit she did not receive it in her game message inbox.
why?
another big I have is that we were never given the oportunity to create her in-game name so jt gave her MolEliza by default wich we can’t change, again why?

Under-age accounts do not have access to the chat functions and cannot change their in-game name.This is by design.
