Missing Chewbacca Lightspeed Bundle rewards

Bought the bundle on the day it came out (1 Nov) but a message saying the purchase took too long to process popped up. I was charged for the bundle and it disappeared from the store as well, but I didn’t get the rewards at all. Attached is my mercenary roster which shows I don’t have the bundle rewards.
