I have the same problem!!!! Helpdesk is useless! It's a looping bot who gives nonsense answers!!

I payed 200 euro's for Era materials and an hour later everybody got them for free. There are various tickets about this, some are already resolved!!! I was told to wait, but it's been 14 days since and it doesn't take that long to see a refund would be in place. I got proof of the purchases but no solution via helpdesk possible. . We the players shouldn't be the victims of bugs or mistakes made by the devs.
