Missing EA Connect button for web store access

Summarize your bug The EA Connect button won’t show up (under Connect in Settings). We’re past worldwide launch, and my account is in the USA, so I should see it. I cannot connect to the new web store as a result. Have tried restarts, deleting and redownloading the app, making sure the app is the latest version, etc. I sync the game across devices using Game Center. It is not a minor’s account, as I get the Facebook connect option and Guild chat, etc.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use my account, I suppose.

What I see no matter what I try:
You must be 18 years old in order to see/access EA Connect button, regardless of geo-location. In your case, your account is younger. DOB updates can be requested through EA Help support.
