Missing GAC Banner

Missing Banners in my GAC after before my ship battles score was 1366/1779 and after my battles where i should have gotten 74+69+69 i only get to 1776 Banners so i am missing 21 Banners and therefore i am losing my GAC 

I want my rewards...
