unable to connect to the app iinet

was working fine this morning (around 9am Sydney time), then all of a sudden cannot connect.

have been trying everything in relation to modem reset, account reset password, etc.

even rang my ISP (iinet) to see if any issues... 

when I launch the app it will launch, get to the swgoh background then sit for about a minute then tell me my connection is bad - when every single other thing works fine.

I connected to my mobile hotspot (Telstra) and it worked no issue, seems to only fail when connected to my home wifi (iinet).

weird because this is the only app that doesn't work. everything else works just fine.
