Summarize your bug During Tier 2 of the “Rebel with a Cause” Galactic Ascension event. I got the “Success” screen followed by a prompt to restart the game due to error code 3.0. I restarted the game and was missing the shards. I had the successful attempt logged, but the shards were missing. Because of this I won’t be able to unlock Leia as there are limited rewards for each tier.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m unsure how to repeat this, I had what I thought was a stable game connection and didn’t have an issue on earlier attempts. But perhaps it was something to do with a network change in the middle of the battle?

I’m missing 20 GL Leia shards from my completion of the Tier 2 of her Galactic Legend Unlock event. I will be unable to unlock her because of this bug unless those shards are correctly added to my account.
