I'm a GL in my guild, one of our officers did the initial unlock for Ithano, never got the 55 shards and could not replay the event, as such they missed any additional "free" shards for being behind, a ticket was raised the day of his release but no replies, any way to get this looked at that, anyone had success with this sort of thing?
Another bump, once again asking for help CG_Meathead this is 23 days and counting, weve used the in game error function as well this has to be addressed

Yes, they did the event back when the Ithano event was active, game having produced a connection error during the tier 1 battle that rewards 55 shards, they then never got the shards which additionally prevented the opening of the subsequent tiers for free shards. A ticket was raised in game right away, took a few posts to realize this was the better place
So they did the event that ran the first week of July? The one that was back this week with Quiggold was the return, and only the first tier is available by design.

It was my account. Following the glitch, which I have a screenshot to support, I bought 2 5packs so I could make some progress in the marquee, but still missed out on tier 3 rewards x6 and tier 4 x4 due to the missing 55 shards. Not to mention the character quests that an additional 110 shards would have enabled.
I got a connection error while in the tier 1 battle. When the game restarted, I was credited the win but not awarded the shards.
