Missing Mod

Allycode: 972-146-854This happened on the PC Client, not the phone client.I was remodding my characters today and moved a diamond health mod with 25 speed from GL Ahsoka Tano to Boss Nass and I moved the health mod that was assigned to Boss Nass to GL Ahsoka Tano, I went to save my loadout and the diamond health mod with 25 speed I moved from Ahsoka to Boss Nass is missing. It's not in my unassigned inventory and all of the loadouts I saved show 1 mod is missing. I then logged into the mobile version of SWGOH and it's just not there. It is as if it disappeared. I absolutely did not sell it as it was locked since those mods can be rare and I definitely confirmed the assignment of the mod to Boss Nass. Equipped and locked mods cannot be sold. I also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game and the mod is just not there.&nbsp;Are you able to assist in restoring the mod for me? I'll have to equip another mod to the character in the meantime since the lock for Territory Wars and Grand Arena are coming up soon.I reached out to EA Help and Ruhi was very nice and restored the mods I sold today, and even the mods I sold from the past few days, however as I suspected this mod did not reappear since I did not sell it. It's like there is a visual bug, or the mod is somehow hidden, since the mod was not sold and is no longer able to be seen in game. This is much more concerning now. EA Help keeps closing out my session without a true resolution or path forward to a resolution. My count of 25+ speed mods dropped by 1 and none that are 25+ speed are *visibly* unequipped.&nbsp;

We've checked the logs available to us and so far weren't able to identify anything related. Do you remember the time when this occurred?

Hi&nbsp;@EA_HighCommand&nbsp;thank you! This happened between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM Eastern Time on 12/29/2024. I think it was closer to 12:30. I immediately began investigating and trying different steps to get it to reappear, so didn't note the exact time that day but it was definitely within that 1 hour range. The mod had a health % secondary and some flat health in addition to exactly 25 speed. The mod was a diamond on GL Ahsoka in my loadouts but was reassigned to Boss Nass when it happened.

Hello, I had this issue occur again today 1-23-2024 between 1:30 PM Eastern Time and 2:15 PM Eastern Time. This time it was with a tenacity primary cross from a health set which was assigned to Sun Fac. When I was re-modding in-game today I noticed Sun Fac was missing a mod so I went to assign one. When I did so I saw the mod that was previously assigned to them was unassigned in my mod inventory. I assigned it back, pressed confirm, and after I did so he was still missing the mod, but now it's no longer assigned to him or in my inventory. It was not sold. I have a screenshot of the mod which I took from a loadout that I did not refresh after. The 2nd screenshot is just to show my current mod inventory and the lowest speed mod of that type I have. The one that was assigned to Sun Fac should be there in the last spot.

I do want to add there was a game update and client restart just a bit ago, but this issue occurred after and I was not assigning the mod when I lost connection for the client restart.

Also, is there any update on the other issue?

I did reach out to EA Help regarding this latest issue as well but they ignored the real issue and said that I used a 1x mod restore already. The issue is that the mod is somehow no longer available in my inventory either assigned or unassigned.

Both mods I've mentioned are still visible on the swgoh.gg website, but they just are not visible in the PC or Mobile client. Both screenshots are attached to this message. I am willing to do a screen recording showing that they are not present for me in game if that's required. Edit: They are still present after SWGOH.gg refreshed with my in-game account information 45 minutes ago (7:15 PM Eastern Time).

I tried reinstalling the mobile client and PC client, and the mods didn't reappear. I reached out to EA Help twice after it occurred again today and the 2nd time they restored all mods I've sold because it seems they're limited in what they can do. As suspected these two mods were not restored because they weren't sold.

Hello, I just wanted to follow up on this issue because it's happened twice and one of them was a 25 speed mod which are valuable.&nbsp; Both mods are still visible as unequipped on my swgoh.gg account and were not sold. They're just not visible in game.&nbsp;
