Missing phase 4 Anniversary quests

As per title my phase 4 Anniversary quests are not in my Journey quests tab, all the other quests are. I am on iOS iPad. Could someone add those quests please.

So is anyone else wondering what happened to the lst that should have been released February 10th? Why can’t we get them? Is there an issue or something that they haven’t told us.
