Summarize your bug I have lost multiple limited rewards due to receiving an error 3.0 message after victoriously completing missions (SLKR Tier VI, and Battlefield: Naboo Tier I)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Both of these gave me a message saying that I needed to reboot due to error 3.0, and both occurred after I had completed a mission victoriously but before the rewards screen would appear.

Twice in the last few days I have gotten error 3.0 after completing a mission with limited attempts/rewards and lost the rewards but have been locked out of retrying, because the game thinks I have completed them already.
This first happened almost a week ago on SLKR Tier VI on my 10th victory, leaving me at 9/10 ultimate materials, with the mission having changed to the unlimited attempts version with free entry and no reward.
It happened again two days ago on the first tier of the Boss Nass marquee mission Tier I where I didn't get any shards or rewards to unlock the character but I am locked out of receiving any more rewards from it. This is obviously preventing me from entering the subsequent missions that give other useful rewards every day.
I have had a bug report with EA Help open for several days now about the first issue and they have been worse than useless, just spamming tech support articles at me with no useful information or even indication that anything will be done.
