Missing Shards, Darth Revan

To EA support, 

I have completed the Darth Revan Journey but only received 275/330 of the shards. I know you guys are busy but I’d love some help. This is my fourth or fifth post about this so if I’m doing it wrong please just let me know. Below is my ally code and screenshot proof.
