Summarize your bug I was playing the R2D2 event and defeated Tier 6 when the game crashed. When I logged back in I didn’t have the reward and was unable to earn them. I have now completed the event and am still missing the 85 shards from Tier 6 which prevents me from progressing further in the game. 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the R2D2 event and have poor connection
