Missing TB rewards after client reset 05/25/18

Was supposd to get rewards due to no territory battles this week, my guild has got it but i have not
technical issues

Missing TB rewards.  Got your new character...but would greatly prefer to have my TB rewards.  Even reinstalled game...no luck.

    Same Issue in my guild. Those who have not moved guilds have recieved TB rewards, Those who Moved still have not.

      Same issue ! Not TB rewards but I didn’t change guild...

    Still waiting for mine. I was told 6 hours and it has been 24 since I sent my ticket

    Still missing mine. I will give them till Tuesday before I fill out another complaint though.
