It was very frustrating chatting with the support agent yesterday who was sure that you could only buy Dark Rey. Regarding Conquest, he wanted to know the full name. At times you got the impression that the employee didn't know the game.
He had referred me to the forum. So now I hope that I'll be heard here and that the reward for the red box (with 90 shards for Dark Rey etc.) will be sent.
EA QV TeamYou should try to make a bit of space in your inbox. You're storing over 40 Datacrons in the inbox and this might create an issue with other inbox messaged and rewards
