Missing Ultimate Material for GL Rey after completing Journey guide

Hello,

The game crashed after I completed the last battle to max out GL Rey’s ultimate. Now I’m stuck with 9/10 ultimate material. Can you please resolve?

Are you able to help with a new issue I posted? I’m missing rest of GAS shards after completing the Journey event.
