Missing Web Store purchases, Kessel Run rewards

I purchased crystals from the web store this morning, and I haven’t yet received them. Also my Kessel Run Rewards are not showing up in my inbox, even though I claimed them. Please help.

I am not finding the post for this fix. I am missing rewards I claimed in the webstore earlier today. Same issue as above.
