Mission Vao and Zaalbar reset to 0 shards

Summarize your bug I had all characters of the old republic unlocked at 3 stars. Now I want to play the Revan event and Mission Vao and Zaalbar are at 0 shards.

Hi there,

I checked your account and it looks like you don't have Mission Vao and Zaalbar unlocked because you didn't complete their Marquee events when they were active.

No, I had them unlocked!
The latest record in my overview states:
Mission Vao Lvl 50 Gear V Stars 3 Power 3039
Zaalbar Lvl 51 Gear VI Stars 3 Power 3675
How did they vanish?

Do you have a screenshot of them at those levels? I checked the swgoh.gg account for the ally code you provided and tge characters aren't there, unless it updated since you made this post.
