I have the same issue. Last week 5 mods with speed secondaries and Zero improves in upgrades. 4 in the same day. I quit upgrading. Complained to customer service with no help but a reinstall?? Yesterday I received speed increase I slicing and 1 upgrading.
I think they biased the Upgrades but no one will admit it. I’m very frustrated and want my mods reset.
