Hello I purchased the Smugglers Lightspeed Bundle and it looked like it all went smooth, but I did not receive anything. First the purchase was in "Payment Pending" then in "Failed". The LSB is not in the shop (not in the PC store, Webstore nor the store in the app) and it cannot be gifted to me (says I am not eligible).

Update: The issue got solved now.
Update, the status is now changed from Payment Pending to failed. Bundle is not showing in neither webstore nor app and it cannot be gifted to me (states I am not eligible). So it still needs attention to get fixed.
I still need help with this, the problem still persists. LSB not showing so I cannot buy it, and people cannot gift it to me.

If you have NOT been charged. Then go to settings -> Restore Purchases, then after 10-15 minutes it will show the packs. I believe this Restore Purchases button only shows on the mobile version of the game not PC client.
If you have been charged, then I can't give any help and you would need to wait for support.

Unfortunately this does not help, I tried it several times, but it does not show again, even after 2 days now and several attempts. I even had their support team look into it, and they said i have to make a forum post to get the forum team to look at it and get it solved.
This exact thing happened to me with the raddus LSB except mine is still pending. Im STILL waiting on support. In game support directed me to the ea help support tickets so maybe submitting there can help you.

Ah okay, yeah I don't think there's anything else we can do. I am in the same situation as you, but I have the issue where they gave crystals instead of the bundle. Hopefully you can get it fixed soon.
I had the same thing happen. Posted here. My purchase does not show pending however. Shows failed now like you both said and I still can't get the bundle.
