Never Received my Tusken Light Speed Bundle Purchase
I recently purchased the tusken light speed bundle from the webstore, however never received the characters.

Is there another method to request assistance? All I saw online was that the best method was to use EA forums.

Hey, did you go in and double check that you didn't get the toons? This same thing happened to me today and I didn't think it went through (I got no confirmation or follow up message). But, when I checked my toons, the upgraded toons were in there.
Thanks for the advice, but no toons in my collection either.
Guess I'll check back Monday, as I'm sure I won't get a response over the weekend. Bummer CG is just in it for the cash grab at this point. You would think with all this money coming in they could hire some support personnel.
