Hey, did you go in and double check that you didn't get the toons? This same thing happened to me today and I didn't think it went through (I got no confirmation or follow up message). But, when I checked my toons, the upgraded toons were in there.

Guess I'll check back Monday, as I'm sure I won't get a response over the weekend. Bummer CG is just in it for the cash grab at this point. You would think with all this money coming in they could hire some support personnel.

Almost 36 hours since purchase and still don't have the characters I paid for. I've tried in game support, and these forums. Is there another way to request assistance?
