Never Received Purchase

Never received my purchase of the Mandalorian Outcasts LSB. Was charged against Google Pay, and have tried to Restore Purchases several times. The in-game store won't let me try to purchase it again, so somehow the game thinks I've received the bundle, but I never did as those characters are still the same. I have a receipt/proof I was charged that I can provide, if necessary.
