New GC bugged

Seems you need to do it with 3 ships only to count. They could have said that in the description. I did it with Exec std starting line up.

Confirmed Levi doesn't work if you Ult, but it does work if you don't. I guess taking over the other Cap Ship counts as adding another ship.

I did it with levi 3 ships on auto.  Got ult as well.

Mine did not work with 3 ships and executor.
