New Kyro Bundle Bugged?

Hello,

 

just purchased one of the new “kyrotech salvage bundle II” and I’m fairly confident I didn’t receive a single kyrotech from it.

 

i know because i already had slightly over a hundred prods before purchase and now only at 114 total. If I read the pack correctly I should receive 25 of each with an extra 20 randomly chosen.

 

any help would be appreciated.

    This happened to me as well. The game keeps on crashing and I'm so tired of this buggy game. The Charge is still pending on my credit card so I will see if it went through. I DID NOT RECEIVE SQUAT. 

  • Same here, purchased and crashed. Didnt realize I was charged and tried again, crashed second time as well

  • Oh good I'm not alone. Also purchased two, crashed both times, got charged and received nothing.

    Edit: The pack is still showing up in my store but says I own it already then crashes the game again.

    Same, tried twice, stopped when I realised not only was I getting no Kyrotech, but I was also still being charged the £6.99 for each attempt. This too was on the PC.

    Edit: Okay, have have been sent the contents of one pack to my in game mail from customer support.
    However I bought two packs, so am one pack short. If you need me to, I still have the e-mails confirming purchase of the packs. 

     

  • Still no word from CG on this, still missing purchased content....

  • Been over a full day and some time. Should I start trying to go through my CC company to get this resolved? Not trying to come off as a threat or a *** . I just literally have no idea how to properly resolve this where the money is returned or I get the product I paid for.

     

    was hoping to buy the bundle twice but would seem silly since I never received the first one.

      Not affiliated with EA / CG in any way, but I would advise against that

      Doing a chargeback in games tends to get your account permanently banned because it costs the company more than you paid in the first place

      Unfortunately, EA support is bottom of the barrel stuff so hoping CG staff notice the thread and do something

  • I received both refunds on the 2 packs as I purchased as well as free contents of one pack. I was then able to purchase them on mobile

      Never got a refund, just the contents of one pack. SWGoH can be so buggy , you would think CG was part of Bethesda or Ubisoft.

    Well as my Edit got no joy, I'll write a new post as a update. I bought 2 of these cursed packs, as I did not think they had gone through.
    It was only after seeing my E-mails I realized I was still charged. Fast forward to yesterday, and Customer Support sent me the contents of ONE pack. 
    So I am still out of pocket £6.99. I still have the E-mails confirming the buying of said packs if someone at CG needs prove before giving me my 2 pack.
    I am trying to be understanding and polite about all this, but sooner or later my patience will run out.

  • Last post from me on this issue. Don’t have the energy to waste.

    Been an handful of days since the first post bringing attention to this problem. No response or reply that addresses or corrects it.

     

    guess I’m just out of pocket the money I spent on a product and didn’t receive. Wish I could do more to fix it on my side but don’t want to be banned over this.

    could you imagine going to a drive thru and paying at the first window and not getting your items at the second? lol. Karen’s would have a field day.
