Never purchasing from EA desktop app ever again!

Do NOT purchase through EAs desktop app. I tried to purchase the Han Solo LSB and the purchase had some kind of issue. I received crystals through the mail, but I didn't want them. I would rather have my money back. I'm trying to request a refund so I can retry on the website, but they won't help me. EA/CG if a purchase has an error, make the app cancel the transaction, or have a better refund service.

If this isn't fixed and my money isn't refunded, I definitely won't be buying the Hyperdrive bundle.
