Some quests were missing maximum level requirements when released on June 6th. This was adjusted with a hotfix. Affected players received make-good with Hotfix 6/18 and Update 6/20.

The new and exciting New Player rewards only appeared partially and now they are completely gone outside of some Grand Arena quests, even with the account being a few months old and not being level 85 before the announcement. I got exactly one ship quest, all the other are gone even the challenge quests that ignored the previous levels with only the last tier challenges quest appearing.
Another account that I've been using since 2017 did get every single quest and many I can't even complete anymore.
