New Republic Character Cristal Packs missing

Hello!

The Cristal Packs for each character from this New Republic Era and the previous Andor one did not show up on my store. I did not realize it at first assuming that the only way to get them would be with real money, but I just saw some videos and the characters cristal packs are there in the store, but not mine for some reason.

Could someone take a look at this? Perhaps this has something to do with my account being based in Brazil.
