New shard shop is blocking purchases of LSC =144, not 144

Question

&nbsp;I have 44 LSC units.&nbsp; I can buy 100 for 5000 shard currency now.&nbsp; &nbsp;However, I am being prevented from doing so as this would take me to 144 LSC shards, the theoretical limit.HOWEVER, the test should be &gt;144 and NOT &gt;=144.&nbsp; 144 should still be allowed as you can accumulate 144 LSC shards in game normally.

Studio decided to cap the offer at less than 100 tickets to avoid issues we encountered during testing. You'll need to spend some tickets before you can buy the offer.

Could this issue also cause the $5 100 energy packs to not show up in the in-game store also?
