I’m my guild leader, and I can’t access in game chat or TB commands. Neither one shows up in game. I have tried restarting the app. Have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. This is a major inconvenience for trying to guide my guild through the last phases or TB.
I am on iOS. My ally code is 575-244-815.
Why is it so difficult to get help directly from EA to solve issues? Still no access to guild chat after 2 days.
This is happening to me too. Just reinstalled after a long break to find I can’t even talk to anyone quite disappointing.

As a guild leader (amongst other leaders on this chat) I cannot even post instructions for upcoming Territory War until this is resolved. For all the guilds affected by this situation please look into with priority.

I have the same problem. IOS and guild leader. Reinstalling app did not solve it
Not sure if CG have done something, but my chat is now back! In true CG style after TW has started and I chose to stay out as I couldn’t help with commands 🙄
