No Coaxium rewarded from Web store purchase. I made a ticket in game, and two different "support" staff answered. Neither of them addressed the problem, they probably didn't even know what Coaxium or Web store were, they were just asking for an error code in game and suggesting a purchase restore from game menu. Somehow yhe fact that helpsesk doesn't know what is going on with the product they are supposed to help with doesn't really inspire confidence. This all happened few days ago. And I know the issue has been addressed since by CG. But the incompetence of their customer service never stops to amaze me.
