No daily free webstore chest

Hello all,

For about 4 months now, my daily free webstore chest has not been showing up anymore. Instead there is just an error message as you can see on my provided image.

This issue persists across all tested platforms: Mobile app, mobile webstore, pc client, pc webstore. I do not know what caused this issue to arise.

    Hi! 

    I’ve done some more research and spoken to some people and the reason is because of the belgian anti-gambling law (same one that banned belgians from opening CSGO cases, fifa packs etc). This means that all packs in the store that are chance related (webstore, character packs, relic packs,…) wont show up anymore.

    I have however found a workaround. If u download a VPN on pc (I use a free one called windscribe) and change ur location to another country (I change it to Frankfurt, Germany) you should be able to bypass this law and still claim ur webstore chest etc.

    I hate that this wasnt communicated to us, but that should be the reason why we Belgians are at a disadvantage :). Hope my workaround can help you though!

    Little follow up on this issue. I live in Belgium and apparantly this is an issue all Belgians experienced: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/270238/playing-from-belgium

    I have known about a law that passed that prohibits gambling in gaming and this affected stuff like being unable to open crates in CSGO, Rocket League etc. 

    I am unsure if this is also what is causing my issue here, but it is a very big possibility. Any confirmation or workaround would be very appreciated!

    I've had this same issue for ages. also from Belgium,

     

    I see no official response yet here tough, help would be nice. I feel like I'm missing out on way too much stuff. I used to be able to get this chest daily..
