I never received a toast notification on the Cantina main screen (right). I also have been clicking daily in GA since the second "test" event ended and always got the message that no active events are active.- I'm level 85- Participated to the failed test and successfull test event- Got the reward for the 'testing' event (zeta and mod mats)Note that I connect either from my phone or an emulator on my PC and on both devices I failed to see any notifications or even activity other than no active event message.Why did this happen and what can be dont to prevent this from happening again?

In general, these types of issues are really hard to evaluate after the fact. There have been similar issues with Territory Wars and people joining (or not joining). ☹️The best advice I can give you right now - when an active GA join period is open, if it's not visible to you (either on the right-hand side of your screen or in the GA table icon), that 24 hour period is the time you need to come here and post for help. QA Support might be able to check your account at that time and see if there's a problem. After the GA matchmaking has happened, there's no way to insert you into the round. I strongly recommend everyone's guild discuss it and call it out when the round starts. I'm a guild leader, and I always update the guild banner in game to let my guild know it's active and that they should sign up. My guildmates playing and getting rewards just makes my guild stronger, so I want them all to do it.

This really isn't an issue of not joining GA as I check in on events at minimum 8-10 times a day andamy guild uses discord to communicate events going on ,it wouldn't let me join and still haven't gotten any type of reply from customer service about it being fixed or anyone on forums after posting multiple times with ally code. It would be nice to get some type of rewards for this issue since we were screwed outta rewards, but at least it needs to be fixed where we get to join instead of an error message next GA

I have this very same issue.It is highly irritating to get left behind when others get more gear/items..All i can hope is that someone actually does something to address this other than the generic, "we're looking into this"...

I have this very same issue.
It is highly irritating to get left behind when others get more gear/items..
All i can hope is that someone actually does something to address this other than the generic, "we're looking into this"...

Thanx for the advice but it never let me join from when we got the rewards for the initial bug filled GA. I contacted someone at EA via chat and said they we're looking into it, but I'm not even sure they spoke very good English or understood my issue. I've gotten the same message in game since the new arena started

Also, here's how you know it's not a "forgot to join" issue - if this was a case of forgetting to join, we should still be able to see the event, just not join, right? That's how the guild events are. I was able to see TWs and TBs long before i was able to participate.
I was looking to join since being paid out for the last GA. I keep up with the dev posts so i knew the start date was 12/20. I checked on 12/19 because i wasn't sure if 12/20 was the beginning of the preview phase or the setup phase. I saw nothing in my game on 12/19 or 12/20 so i was looking for something from EA about another error with the GA rollout. I also saw my guild mates talking about the rewards but i figured they were getting that info from forum posts or something. It wasn't until today that i saw the video from Ahnold and saw more guild talk about setting defenses that i realized this was a bug.

same problem here...was checking GA every day, but it never showed up :/
