No Hotfix Resources Received and No Help from EA Support.

According to the post from Meathead, CG would be granting all players over level 20 enough materials to take all of their Era Units up to Era Level 95 in the hotfix today. I have all characters at 5*, levels 40-70. I NEVER received the resources. I contacted EA support and their resolution was NOT to fix anything but to request that I post in the forum. What kind of support is that? That isn't the first time I have contacted support for missed rewards. Never have I gotten any fixes to their issues - not even clone wars Chewie shards.

I sent them my Ally code, player ID for them to confirm. Also showed a screenshot of my characters to prove they are over level 20.

This is going to cost a lot of time upgrading them, resulting in lost Era Shipment currency, and lost resources like Zetas and Khyros, Relic materials.
