Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make any new account. you used to get a free calendar at around level 10, a free energy pack at around the same time, and another one later, which would get you up to level 50+.

A few months ago, there used to be several rewards for new players including several calendars and free energy packs from the store and webstore. However, these are all completely gone.
